Since the beginning of February, our Chef Nancia ANDRIANTSALAMA has been orchestrating the kitchens of the LEO-PAUL restaurant. She has designed the Printemps menu with you in mind, so that you can find your favourite dishes… and so that you can be surprised too!
Lobster, fillet of beef, trout, sweetbreads… and the famous Grand Marnier or Chartreuse soufflé!
And, of course, new products, always based on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
